ID-verified profiles
Our team reviews each maid's ID document before the badge appears.
Your address stays private
Maids see the suburb. Only the one you accept sees the street.
Ratings both ways
After a completed job, clients and maids can rate each other.
How it works
Three steps, whichever side you're on
For clients
- Post your jobOnce-off or recurring. Rooms, date, and your budget in Rand.
- Compare who appliesProfiles, experience, ratings, and ID-verified status side by side.
- Accept and coordinateMessaging opens and your address is shared with the maid you choose.
For maids
- Create your profileAdd your experience and CV, and get ID-verified if you choose.
- Find work near youSee the area, date, and pay before you apply. Pick what suits you.
- Build your reputationAfter each job, clients can rate you. Good ratings help you win the next one.
Safety, plainly
What we check, and what we don't
Trust starts with being straight with you. Here's exactly what MaidServSA does, so you can decide what else you need.
Read our safety guidelines →We do
- Review each ID document before showing a Verified badge
- Keep your street address private until you accept someone
- Let both sides rate each other after a completed job
- Review every report of unsafe or abusive behaviour
We don't
- Run criminal background checks
- Handle or hold payments: you pay each other directly
- Employ maids: the work agreement is between you
- Take a cut of what anyone earns
For domestic workers
Work on your terms, close to home
- Choose the jobs you want; nobody assigns you work
- See the area, date, and pay before you apply
- Keep everything you earn: we take no commission
- Build ratings that show your experience to the next client
